The Man-to-Man Conference is held at the Texas 4-H Center just northwest of Brownwood, Texas. The nearest large airport is DFW which is about a 3 to 4 hour drive. The physical address, for those who wish to use GPS directions, is 5600 FM 3021, Brownwood, TX 76801. Their emergency number is 325-784-5482. Directions
From Brownwood travel North on TX-279 11 miles. Turn right on FM Road 3021; then 3/4 mile on the left to the main gate of the Texas 4-H Conference Center.
From Abilene travel East on TX-36 to Cross Plains. Turn right onto TX-206. TX-206 becomes TX-279. Travel 21 miles. Turn left onto FM Road 3021; then 3/4 mile on the left to the main gate of the Texas 4-H Conference Center.
From Dallas/Ft. Worth travel West on Interstate 20. Exit TX-281 South 28 miles. Turn right onto US-377 South 60 miles. Follow directions above from Brownwood.
From Austin travel North on US-183 to Goldthwaite. Turn left onto TX-84 West 30.5 miles. Turn left onto Early Blvd/ US-183/ US-377/ US-67/ US-84. Follow directions above from Brownwood.
From San Antonio travel North on US-87 to Brady. Turn slight right onto US-283 40 miles. Turn right onto US-67/ US-84 13.8 miles. Turn left onto FM-1849 4 miles. Turn left onto TX-279 3 miles. Turn right onto FM Road 3021; then 3/4 mile on the left to the main gate of the Texas 4-H Conference Center.

The Golf Tournament has sold out this year, and is not taking any new registrations. If you were already included in a foursome, but haven’t paid yet, please use the Venmo link to pay Mike for your spot. Also, this year will not be a shotgun start, but tee-times will be assigned from 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM (earlier start times will be assigned to Thursday arrivers where possible). Mike will email these out when we are closer to the conference.

Registration is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Click the link above to register online. Please note that for 2024 you can only register online; there is no mail in registration. There are no refunds, but you may transfer your registration to someone else.
Registration cost is based on the day of arrival, and includes lodging Friday and Saturday (and Thursday for early arrival), plus food on Friday night, all of Saturday and Sunday morning,

There are a limited number of twin-bedded rooms (with bathrooms) in the Leadership Lodge. Registration in one of these rooms will have an additional cost, and they are first-come, first-served. If you’re trying to register and there aren’t any rooms available, please email m2mretreat@gmail.com.
For those who wish to arrive early, there is an additional cost for arrival on Thursday.
Registration fees include all meals, lodging, bed linens and towels.
